During the day and night of November 18, the North East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) will have strong winds of level 6 - 7, gusting to level 8 - 9; in the eastern sea area, the winds will be strong at level 8 - 9, and near the storm's eye, they will be level 10 - 11, gusting to level 14. The sea will be rough, with waves 3 - 5m high, and 5 - 7m high near the storm's eye.
Gulf of Tonkin from the night of November 18 has strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8. Rough sea, waves from 1.5 - 3m high.
