In the bulletin issued at 9:30 a.m. from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, it was also added that due to prolonged heavy rain, the soil moisture model shows that some areas in Lao Cai, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Lang Son, Bac Giang provinces... are nearly saturated (over 85%) or have reached a state of saturatation.
In the next 6 hours, there is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in many localities in the above provinces.
