    According to data from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, last night and this morning, October 11, the Central Central, Central Highlands and Southern regions had localized heavy rain.

    Rainfall from 7pm on October 10 to 3am on October 11 was over 40mm in some places such as: Thuan An Port (Thua Thien Hue) 44.6mm, Son Tra (Da Nang) 49.8mm, Cu Lao Cham (Quang Nam) 134mm, Ly Son (Quang Ngai) 41.4mm...

    The area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai on the day and night of October 11 will have moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain. Rainfall is from 20 - 40mm, some places over 90mm. Warning of the risk of local heavy rain (rainfall greater than 90mm within 6 hours).

    The area from Binh Dinh to Phu Yen, the Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening of October 11, with some places experiencing heavy rain. Rainfall is from 15 - 30mm, with some places experiencing over 80mm. Warning of the risk of localized heavy rain (rainfall greater than 80mm within 6 hours).

    Particularly in the Southern Central Highlands and the South on October 12, there is forecast to be rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy to very heavy rain.

    From Quang Tri to Phu Yen on October 12, there is forecast to be rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy to very heavy rain.

    The Meteorological Agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. Localized heavy rains may cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams; and landslides on steep slopes.

    Regarding the sea weather, the sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and Binh Thuan to Ca Mau is having showers and thunderstorms.

    Forecast for the day and night of October 11, the sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and Binh Thuan to Ca Mau will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind level 7 - 8.

    All vessels operating in the above areas are at risk of being affected by tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
