On the night of March 2nd and March 3rd, the Gulf of Tonkin will gradually have strong winds of level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas; sea waves are 2 - 3m high.
The Northern East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa special zone) has winds gradually increasing to level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; especially the northeast sea area sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9, strong sea waves; waves 2 - 4m high.
In addition, on the night of March 2nd and day of March 3rd, in the Gulf of Tonkin, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
On the night of March 3rd and March 4th, the Gulf of Tonkin will have level 5 northeast wind, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas, sea waves 1 - 2m high.
The North East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa special zone) has level 6 northeast wind, especially the northeast sea area at times level 7, gusts level 8 - 9, strong rough seas, waves 2 - 4m high.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Quang Ngai will gradually have stronger northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas, waves 1 - 2m high.
The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas will be at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
