The Gulf of Tonkin has strong winds of level 6 - 7, gusts of level 8 - 9; strong rough seas, waves 2 - 4m high.
The sea area from South Quang Tri to Dak Lak gradually strengthens to level 6, gusting to level 7-8; rough seas, sea waves 3 - 5m high.
The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau, the area between the East Sea and the west of the South East Sea (including the west of the Truong Sa special zone) will gradually strengthen to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8 - 9; strong sea waves, waves 3 - 5m high.
In addition, in the Gulf of Tonkin and the eastern sea area in the central East Sea, there are scattered showers and thunderstorms. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.

From the night of September 9, the wind in the sea areas will gradually weaken.
The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
