Currently, the southeastern sea area of the central East Sea area has scattered showers and thunderstorms.
Day and night of February 7, the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone) has northeast wind gradually strengthening to level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9; especially the northeast sea area sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9 - 10; strong sea waves; waves 4 - 6m high.
The Gulf of Tonkin has strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6; from night onwards gradually strengthening to level 6 - 7, gusts of level 8 - 9; strong rough seas; waves 2 - 3m high.
Near dawn on February 8, the sea area from South Quang Tri to Dak Lak will have northeast wind gradually strengthening to level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; rough seas; waves 2 - 3m high.
In addition, the eastern sea area of the central and southern East Sea has scattered showers and thunderstorms; in thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind.
Day and night of February 8, the North East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone) has strong northeast winds at level 7, the northeast sea area sometimes at level 8, gusts at level 9 - 10; strong sea waves; waves 4 - 6m high.

The sea area from South Quang Tri to Dak Lak has level 6 northeast wind, gusts of level 7 - 8; rough seas; sea waves 3 - 5m high.
The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ca Mau, the area between the East Sea and the sea area west of the South East Sea (including the sea area west of the Truong Sa special zone) has northeast wind gradually strengthening to level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9; strong rough seas; sea waves 3 - 5m high.
The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
