The sea area from Binh Dinh to Binh Thuan and the west of the South China Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa archipelago) has strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8. Rough sea, waves 3 - 5m high.
On the night of January 20 and January 21, the sea area west of the South China Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa archipelago) and from Phu Yen to Binh Thuan will have strong northeast winds of level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, rough seas, and waves 2 - 4.5m high.
In the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea, the northeast wind gradually increases to level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, rough sea, waves 2 - 4m high.
The meteorological agency warned that the risk level of natural disasters due to strong winds at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by tornadoes, strong winds and large waves.
