Hanoi area
From January 19 to 20, Hanoi area will have no rain at night, light fog in the early morning, sunny during the day; cold weather.
From January 21 to 24, Hanoi will have rain in some places, light fog in the early morning, sunny in the afternoon; cold weather.
Northern Region
From January 19 to 20, the North will have no rain at night, fog in some places in the early morning, sunny during the day; cold weather.
From January 21 to 24, the North will have rain in some places, early morning there will be scattered fog and light fog, sunny in the afternoon. Cold weather.
Water levels on major rivers in the Northern region change slowly.
Central Region
From Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue from January 19 to 24, there will be no rain, scattered fog and light fog in the early morning, sunny in the afternoon. Cold weather.
The area from Da Nang to Binh Thuan from January 19 to 24 will be sunny during the day and rainless at night. The northern part of this area from January 19 to 20 will be cold at night and early morning.
Water levels on major rivers in the Central region change slowly.
Central Highlands and Southern Region
From January 19 to 24, the Central Highlands and the South will have sunny days and no rain at night; the Central Highlands will have cold nights and mornings.

Oceanographic situation assessment
From January 19 to January 24, wave heights in sea areas tended to decrease gradually. The sea area northeast of the North East Sea, the sea area west of the South East Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa archipelago) and the sea area from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau had wave heights ranging from 3 - 5m, rough seas, then slowly decreasing and generally 2 - 3m. In other areas, waves were generally smaller than 2m.
