The danger zone is between latitudes 15 - 19 degrees north, longitude 107 - 113.5 degrees east. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 in the northern East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone) and the sea area from Nghe An to Da Nang.
It is forecasted that in the next 48 to 72 hours, the tropical depression will continue to move mainly westward, traveling about 20km per hour and gradually weakening.
Regarding the impact of the tropical depression, at sea, the northern East Sea area (including Hoang Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 6 - 7, gusts of level 9; waves 2 - 4m high, rough seas.
