The danger zone is between latitudes 15 - 18.5 degrees north latitude, longitude 114.5 - 119.5 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 in the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the tropical depression will move westward at a speed of about 15km/h.

At 1:00 p.m. on August 29, the center was at about 17.2 degrees north latitude, 112.1 degrees east longitude, in the Hoang Sa special forces sea area. Strong wind level 7, gust level 9. The danger zone is between latitudes 15 - 19 degrees north, longitude 111 - 116.5 degrees east. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 in the northern East Sea (including the Hoang Sa special zone).

From the next 48 to 72 hours, the tropical depression will continue to move mainly westward, traveling 10 - 15km per hour.

Regarding the impact of the tropical depression at sea, the sea area east of the northern East Sea will have strong winds of level 6-7, gusts of level 9; waves 2-4m high; rough seas.

Ship operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
