At 4:00 p.m. on November 12, the center of the tropical depression will be at about 14.5 degrees north latitude - 108.5 degrees east longitude; on the mainland from Quang Nam to Binh Dinh provinces.

The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is below level 6.

At sea, in the North East Sea, strong winds level 8 - 11, near the storm center level 12 - 15, gusting over level 17, waves 4 - 6m high, near the center 7 - 9m; rough seas.
