Weather forecast for the next 24 to 48 hours
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that the weather in the North will continue to be affected by the strengthening of cold air; many Central provinces will still have heavy rain.

The Northern region and Thanh Hoa, Nghe An will have rain in some places, sunny in the afternoon. Cold at night and morning, mountainous areas are cold.
The area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang and the East of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak will have heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Other areas will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening; some places will have heavy to very heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.

The area from Ha Tinh to Lam Dong from the night of October 27 to November 4 is forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; the area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
In the Southern region, from the night of October 27 to November 4, there is a forecast of rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, with some places having heavy to very heavy rain.
Other areas from the night of October 27 to November 4 are forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.
