Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the late afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain, especially in the Central and Southern highlands from the afternoon and evening of August 28, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain. The South Central Coast region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain (rain concentrated in the late afternoon).
The Central and Southern Highlands have showers and scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
