Weather forecast for the next 24 to 48 hours
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that the weather in the North will generally be dry; while many Central provinces will still have heavy rain.

The Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have rain in some places, sunny in the afternoon.
The area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang city and the east of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain; the area from South Quang Tri to the east of Quang Ngai will have heavy to very heavy rain.
Other areas will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms; some places will have heavy to very heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Weather trend forecast from the night of October 29 to November 6
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a statement on notable weather trends in some areas from the night of October 29 to November 6.

The Northern region will have rain in some places; the eastern region will have scattered rain from the night of October 30 to November 1. From around 2.11, the night and morning will be cold.
Thanh Hoa - Nghe An area will have rain in some places; especially from the night of October 29 to November 2, there will be rain, moderate rain, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms. From around November 2, the night and morning will be cold.
The area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang city and the east of Quang Ngai province will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms until around November30; then there will be rain, moderate rain, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms. From around the night of November 2, the above area is likely to experience widespread heavy rain.
Other areas will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain; from October 30 in the afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.
