The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (November 14) in areas across the country.
The Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An are affected by the influence of cold air, which increases the sunshine during the day, cold at night and early morning, and some places in the highlands are very cold.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms.
