Accordingly, the Northern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially tonight and tomorrow afternoon, there will be moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain.

Hanoi
Lowest temperature: 21-23 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 25-27 degrees Celsius.
