The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (September 25-) in areas across the country.
The Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An will have heavy to very heavy rain due to the impact of storm No. 9 Ragasa.
The Central and Southern highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, and some places will have heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 23-25 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 27-29 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. North to northwest wind level 2 - 3, from early tomorrow morning the wind will gradually increase to level 5.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 22-25 degrees Celsius, some places below 21 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 27-30 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy at night, with showers and thunderstorms in some places; cloudy day, with heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Light wind. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 23-26 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas below 23 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 26-29 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, moderate rain at night, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain; day with heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. North to northwest wind level 2-3, from early morning coastal areas from Quang Ninh to Hung Yen will have winds gradually increasing to level 6-7, near the storm center level 8-9, gust level2; deep inland areas will have strong winds of level 5, some places level 6, gust level 7-8. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Thanh Hoa to Hue
