The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (September 23) in areas across the country.
The Northern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms at night and in the morning, with some places having heavy rain; tomorrow, it will be sunny with the highest temperature in some places above 34 degrees Celsius.
The North Central region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms tomorrow evening, with some places having heavy rain.
The Central and Southern highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.

Hanoi City
