Accordingly, the Northern region will have cold mornings and nights, and some mountainous areas will be cold. During the day, it will be sunny with the highest temperature of about 29 - 32 degrees Celsius.
The area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai has rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.
The Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms tomorrow evening.
