The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9-10 (75-102km/h), gusting to level 12. The storm moves west at a speed of about 10km/h.
In the next 24 hours, the storm is forecast to move west-northwest at a speed of 10 - 15 km/h. At 4:00 a.m. on October 26, the center of the storm was at approximately 17.7 degrees north latitude - 115.9 degrees east longitude; in the eastern sea of the North East Sea; 490 km east of the Hoang Sa archipelago.
The strongest wind near the storm center is level 10 - 11, gusting to level 13.
It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will move west-northwest at a speed of 15 - 20km/h. At 4:00 a.m. on October 27, the center of the storm will be at approximately 17.5 degrees north latitude - 112 degrees east longitude; in the area north of the Hoang Sa archipelago.
The strongest wind near the storm center is level 11 - 12, gusting to level 14.
It is forecasted that in the next 72 hours, the storm will change direction and move west-southwest at a speed of 10 - 15 km/h. At 4:00 a.m. on October 28, the center of the storm will be at about 16.5 degrees north latitude - 109.7 degrees east longitude; in the western sea area of the North East Sea; about 230 km west of the Hoang Sa archipelago.

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move more slowly, possibly changing direction to the southeast at 5-10km per hour, then possibly changing direction to the east, with its intensity gradually weakening.
Regarding the impact of the storm, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea has strong winds of level 7, then increasing to level 8, the area near the storm's eye has winds of level 9-10 (75-102km/h), gusts of level 12, waves 5-7m high, the area near the storm's eye has 7-9m; the sea is very rough.
