According to initial information, the fire affected 3 households, with preliminary property damage of about 1.5 billion VND.
The initial cause was determined to be suspected to be lightning strike causing an electrical short circuit, causing Mr. Cuong's house to catch fire and then spread to 2 adjacent houses.
However, the official cause is being verified and clarified by functional agencies.

The fire did not cause any casualties but caused damage to 9 households, 16 kiosks were affected, and total property damage is estimated at more than 4 billion VND.
