According to initial information, on the morning of September 8, a motorbike with license plate 60F2-415xx driven by an adult carrying 3 young children, when traveling through the Cong 11 roundabout area, Phuoc Tan ward, Dong Nai city, collided with a truck with license plate 29H-890xx. The incident killed 3 people on the spot, and 1 person was taken to the emergency room.
Functional agencies were present at the scene to investigate the cause of the incident.
The gate 11 roundabout area is likened by people to a "black spot" when many traffic accidents have occurred recently.
