On July 4, according to information from the Da Nang City Department of Finance, the unit has received dossiers proposing the implementation of the project "Waste treatment and power generation plant, Nam Quang Nam solid waste treatment area" (implementation location in Nui Thanh commune, Da Nang city).
The dossier was prepared by the joint venture of Ngoi Sao Xanh Environment Co., Ltd. and Cam Thach Xanh Joint Stock Company on June 26 and submitted at the Da Nang City Public Administrative Service Center.
In the proposal dossier, the investor proposed the form of investor selection according to the method: Approving the investment policy and at the same time approving the investor without auctioning land use rights, bidding to select investors to implement the project.
The main operating objective of the project is registered under the Vietnam Economic Sector System (VSIC), including three core areas:
Focus on domestic waste, common industrial waste and hazardous waste, towards the goal of utilizing heat energy for electricity production.
Implement the classification and recycling of recovered scrap sources.
Electricity production, transmission and distribution of electricity from the waste treatment process.
