Accordingly, the project is implemented on an area of 140,000m2, specializing in producing, processing, and assembling running machines, elliptical exercise machines, indoor bicycles, multi-purpose training equipment, weight benches, gym chairs and other physical and sports equipment. When put into stable production, the factory's capacity reaches 300,000 products/year, equivalent to about 39,800 tons/year.
According to the license, all wastewater from the plant must be collected and treated before being connected to the centralized wastewater treatment system of Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park, and not discharged directly into the environment.
In which, the domestic wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 300 m3/day and night; the production wastewater treatment system has a capacity of 150 m3/day and night. Wastewater after treatment at the plant must meet the reception standards of the industrial park before continuing to be treated at the centralized system.
For emissions from welding, painting, drying after painting, surface cleaning and electric paint stages, the plant must arrange 8 treatment systems, corresponding to 8 emission streams, with a total maximum discharge flow of 185,200 m3/hour. Emissions after treatment must meet the National Technical Regulation QCVN 19:2024/BTNMT before being discharged into the environment. Emission treatment systems are expected to be tested for 3 months, from September to November 2026.
The license also stipulates noise and vibration limits in production areas; requiring classification, collection, and storage of waste according to regulations. The factory arranges a hazardous waste storage warehouse of 204m2, a conventional industrial solid waste warehouse of 240m2 and a 20m2 domestic solid waste storage area; and must proactively implement environmental incident prevention and response plans.
Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requests Johnson Health Tech Industry Co., Ltd. (Thuan Thanh 1) to only implement the licensed contents after completing the corresponding environmental protection works; regularly operate the waste treatment works according to the correct procedures. In case polluting substances, noise or vibration exceed the permissible limit, the enterprise must immediately stop the related emission activities to implement remedial measures and be responsible according to legal regulations.
The environmental permit is valid for 10 years from the date of issuance. The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Industrial Parks Authority and relevant agencies to inspect the implementation of environmental protection contents and requirements of the project according to regulations.
Johnson Health Tech held the inauguration of Factory No. 2 in Thuan Thanh I Industrial Park (belonging to Ninh Xa and Tram Lo wards) in early August 2026. According to information announced at the inauguration ceremony, the project has a total investment of 1,788 billion VND.
The factory is invested to expand the production capacity, assembly of sports equipment and increase export activities of this Group in Vietnam.
