On the morning of August 7, 2026, while performing duties in the area, Lieutenant Do Huu Thin, an officer of the Crime Prevention Team, Do Vinh Ward Police (Khanh Hoa), received information from Ninh Thuan General Hospital about a patient in emergency, urgently needing blood type A to serve treatment.
With the spirit of "Serving the people", Lieutenant Thin reported to ask for the opinion of the ward police commander, then quickly went to the hospital to donate blood.
