On the evening of August 30, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Lam Dong Provincial Police said that the unit had just coordinated with the Traffic Police Department and traffic police of localities to support taking a pregnant woman to the emergency room in Ho Chi Minh City.

Previously, leaders of the Traffic Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City provinces and traffic police forces on the expressway to coordinate to open roads and support bringing Ms. P.T. T (born 1998, residing in Son Dien commune, Lam Dong), who is 35 weeks pregnant, to Tu Du 2 Hospital for emergency treatment.
Pregnant woman T had abnormal signs, dry amniotic fluid, umbilical cord wrapped around the fetus's neck and needed to be taken to a medical facility quickly.
Receiving instructions, traffic police forces of units and localities urgently diverted traffic, opened roads, and created conditions for vehicles carrying pregnant women to move as quickly as possible.
After a journey of nearly 300km, the pregnant woman was safely taken to Tu Du 2 Hospital and was received and promptly resuscitated by doctors.
The continuous coordination throughout the journey demonstrates the spirit of responsibility and proactiveness of the traffic police force, contributing to supporting people in emergencies.
