On June 27, information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Nghe An Provincial Police said that at 5:00 PM on June 26, during patrol and control duties on National Highway 7, passing through Minh Chau commune, Task Force No. 1, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2 discovered Mr. Nguyen Canh Loi (born in 2000), residing in Hop Minh commune, along with his wife and daughter, baby Ng. H. M. (born in 2024), signaling for help.
Realizing that child M. was crying loudly, purple face in a state of severed fingers, and severe blood loss, the soldiers in the Task Force quickly reported to ask for the team commander's opinion and used specialized vehicles to take the child to the emergency room at Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital.
Thanks to the timely support of the Task Force, baby M. was given emergency treatment and wound treatment by doctors. Currently, baby M.'s health has gradually stabilized.
