At 6 pm on the same day, Cam Lam Commune Police received a report from a Russian tourist about forgetting a black iPhone 15 Pro Max phone on a Maxim taxi, license plate 79H-04105.
According to the presentation, at about 7 am on February 20, 2026, this tourist went from Cam Ranh International Airport to Alma Resort and carelessly left his phone in the car.
Immediately after receiving the information, Cam Lam Commune Police quickly searched the data related to the vehicle, verified the driver's information and contacted for work.
After being informed, the taxi driver proactively brought the phone to the commune police headquarters to hand it over.
By 8 pm on the same day, February 21, Cam Lam Commune Police organized to make a record, complete procedures and return property to tourists.
The incident was resolved quickly, showing the sense of responsibility of the grassroots police force as well as the cooperation consciousness of taxi drivers, contributing to building the image of a safe and friendly destination in the eyes of international tourists when coming to Khanh Hoa.
