On March 4, Ninh Binh Provincial Police informed that previously, during patrol and control duties to ensure security and order on National Highway 1A, in residential group 2, Yen Son ward, Ninh Binh province; the Order Police Team of Yen Son Ward Police discovered a brown wallet dropped by a resident.
Through inspection, inside the wallet there were some personal papers, bank cards, vehicle registration certificates and cash. Immediately after the discovery, the Task Force proceeded to verify and apply professional measures to identify the owner.
The verification results determined that the owner of the property is Mr. Nguyen Duy T (born in 1990; residing in Bim Son ward, Thanh Hoa province).
According to Mr. T's presentation, on the evening of March 1st, while traveling on National Highway 1A through Yen Son ward, Ninh Binh province to Thanh Hoa, he dropped his wallet. When he got home, he discovered the incident.
After completing the verification procedures, Yen Son Ward Police proceeded to return all assets to Mr. Nguyen Duy T in accordance with regulations.
