Immediately after receiving the property, Luc Yen Commune Police urgently verified and identified the owner as Ms. Doan Anh Tuyet (born 2002, residing in hamlet 12, Luc Yen commune). The phone was then returned to Ms. Tuyet in accordance with regulations.
