Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police said that at about 7:30 am on September 17, Major Bui Hong Long and Major Nguyen Danh Luu - officers of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 - were on duty controlling traffic at the intersection of Dam Quang Trung - Co Linh when they received a request for help from a car driver with license plate 20A-938. xx.
At this time, the car was carrying Mr. Nguyen Van T (born in 1977, residing in Vo Tranh, Thai Nguyen), the driver said that Mr. T was suffering from acute kidney pain, fell unconscious and needed to be taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Recognizing that the situation needed urgent support, the working group reported to the unit's command and quickly used specialized motorbikes to clear the way for vehicles carrying patients to Viet Duc Hospital.
In heavy rain conditions, many roads were flooded, and vehicles moved with difficulty, the Command of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 directed working groups on the route to proactively regulate and guide traffic, support vehicles carrying patients to quickly move through affected areas, creating conditions for patients to access medical facilities as soon as possible.


Thanks to the timely support of the traffic police force, Mr. Nguyen Van T was taken to Viet Duc Hospital for emergency treatment. The patient is being treated at the hospital.
