During the duty, in the Trung Thanh village area, Nam Dong Hung commune, Hung Yen province, the patrol team of the commune police received a Xiaomi brand mobile phone handed over by a citizen. The back of the phone case contained a 2 USD bill.
Immediately after receiving it, the commune police commander directed the local police force to verify the owner's information through contact data on the device, and at the same time proactively find the person who lost property.
After a short period of verification, the police force contacted the owner, Mr. Pham Nhat Bao Hoang (born in 2008, residing in Qua Quyet village, Nam Dong Hung commune, Hung Yen province) and proceeded to return the property.
When receiving the phone back, Mr. Hoang expressed his emotion, sending thanks to the Nam Dong Hung Commune Police force for quickly verifying and returning the property intact, and at the same time respecting the honest action of the person who picked up the property and handed it over to the police agency.
