On the morning of May 30, student L.K.P (residing in Song Luy commune, Bac Binh district) arrived at the exam site of Binh Thuan Province Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities in Ham Thang commune, Ham Thuan Bac district. To go to the competition, I took a bus from home to this location early in the morning.
However, after reviewing the list of contestants, P discovered that he had the wrong exam scores. Checking the documents, P's correct exam score was the Exam Council of Bac Binh District Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities located in Phan Hiep commune, Bac Binh district, more than 60km from the current location.

Seeing P showing signs of anxiety, standing in front of the school gate without entering the exam room, Senior Lieutenant Trinh Van Ngoc, an officer of Ham Thang Commune Police, who was on duty to protect security and order at this exam location, proactively approached P to ask questions and verify information with the Exam Council.
Facing an urgent situation, to help students not miss the exam, Lieutenant Trinh Van Ngoc reported the commander and consulted the use of officials to urgently take him to the exam scores for ethnic minority schools in Bac Binh district. Over 60km, the police soldier took the student to the right test score and did not have the test hours.
