Male tourist Dinh Ba Duy (born in 1991) from Hoa Binh province went to Phu Quy island district, Binh Thuan province to travel, accidentally dropped his handbag in the area of the Phu Quy island's sovereign flagpole, inside were many properties.

Receiving a request to help find the property from tourists, Tam Thanh Commune Police quickly verified the scene and extracted camera footage of the surrounding area.

Through professional work and support from the people, about 1 hour later, the police determined that the bag was picked up by other tourists.
