At 7:30 a.m. on June 12, the bus with license plate 29F-001.02 on route 115 (Van Dinh - Xuan Mai), driven by worker Pham Vu Oanh and a service staff of Tran Van Cuong, operating in the direction from Van Dinh to Xuan Mai, encountered a traffic accident on the road.
As soon as the incident was discovered, Mr. Oanh and Mr. Cuong quickly contacted the management unit (Tan Dat Center - Branch of Hanoi Transport Corporation) to ask for support, and at the same time, along with the passengers on the bus, promptly took the victim to Nam Luong Son Hospital (Hoa Binh province) for emergency care.
The timely actions of driver Pham Vu Oanh and the service staff of Tran Van Cuong not only demonstrated the spirit of mutual love and empathy for the victims, but also reflected the professionalism in handling emergency situations when operating the route. This action has left a positive and deep impression on passengers on the bus as well as the community.
