On the afternoon of July 27, information from Hai An ward, implementing the policy of renovating and upgrading the road in front of Hai An High School, Hai An Ward People's Committee has coordinated with Xam Dong residential group to actively promote propaganda, mobilization, and directly meet and dialogue with households with land areas within the recovered area to create consensus and unity in the project implementation process.
According to Decision No. 1315/QD-UBND dated June 3, 2026 of Hai An Ward People's Committee on approving the compensation and support plan for project implementation, Mr. Phung Van Mui's household (Xam Dong residential group, Hai An ward) has land and assets on land subject to recovery. In which, the area of perennial crop land (mixed garden land) to be recovered is 131.2 m2.
With the desire for the road to the school to be widened, spacious, and ensure traffic safety, Mr. Phung Van Mui's family (deceased) with Ms. Luong Thi Thuy as wife and Luong Thi Thoan as daughter voluntarily handed over and donated all 131.2 m2 of perennial crop land located within the boundary of recovery for Hai An Ward People's Committee to implement the project. At the same time, the family also voluntarily refused to receive compensation and support funds for the land area approved according to Decision No. 1315/QD-UBND dated June 3, 2026 and requested to contribute to the state budget.
The consensus and support of his family is an important factor to facilitate the process of expanding the road, and at the same time spread the spirit of responsibility of the people in joining hands to build an increasingly civilized and modern Hai An ward urban area.
