Hanoi - Detecting an elderly passenger with health problems, service staff and bus driver of route 06A performed first aid and took them to the nearest medical facility.

On May 22nd, Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco) said that at about 2 pm on May 21st, on bus route 06A, license plate 29B-210. 77, Giap Bat - Cau Gie route, an elderly passenger suddenly encountered an incident when the infusion needle in his forearm slipped, causing heavy bleeding on the bus.

Immediately upon discovering the incident, service staff Pham Bich Hai and driver Nguyen Viet Hai quickly performed first aid and temporarily bandaged the wound for the passenger. At the same time, the bus crew reported to the Operation Center, informed passengers on the bus and drove the vehicle to the nearest medical facility, Hanoi - Tia General Clinic, for timely handling.

After contacting and handing over passengers to their families, drivers and service staff continue to carry out the journey, ensuring passenger service according to plan.
