On September 6, social networks posted a clip recording images of a driver and bus assistant on route 115 supporting a passenger who fainted on the bus.
According to the content of the clip, at about 1 pm, a bus with license plate 29F-001. 25, route 115 (Van Dinh - Hanoi Forestry University), was traveling to the Dong Tam area when a male passenger showed signs of dizziness, vertigo and fainting.

Discovering the incident, driver Ngo Van Thanh and assistant driver Vu Duc Tri quickly supported and took the passenger down to the last row of seats for first aid.
After that, the two asked for the opinions of passengers and enterprise leaders, and changed the vehicle direction to take the victim to Nam Luong Son Hospital for emergency treatment.
According to Mr. Ngo Van Trong - the passenger who encountered the accident, he has a background disease of the vestibular system and often uses the bus to go to work. On the day of the incident, he took a bus from Van Dinh to Xuan Mai. When the bus arrived in the Dong Tam area, he felt tired, dizzy, and felt lightheaded, so he called the bus assistant for support and then fell into a coma, not knowing anything.
When he woke up, Mr. Trong realized that he was being treated at Nam Luong Son Hospital. After being rescued, his health stabilized and he has now returned to work.
Mr. Trong thanked driver Ngo Van Thanh, assistant driver Vu Duc Tri and the unit where the two worked.
According to Mr. Vu Duc Tri, when passengers got on the bus from Van Dinh, the vehicle moved for a while, then this person reported dizziness and felt lightheaded and asked for support. The bus assistant immediately helped the passenger to the last row of seats and proceeded to give first aid.
Realizing that the passenger's condition needed emergency treatment, the driver and assistant driver agreed to reroute the vehicle to the hospital. Thanks to being taken to the emergency room in time, the passenger then recovered and returned to work.
Mr. Trong said that due to the nature of his work and health, he often takes the bus. He also appreciates the fact that drivers and service staff on bus routes often support the elderly, children and people with disabilities when getting on and off the bus.
The timely action of driver Ngo Van Thanh and bus assistant Vu Duc Tri received many compliments from the online community.
