To celebrate the 68th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Internal Political Security Force (May 10, 1958 - May 10, 2026) and respond to the "3 most" emulation movement in the People's Police, the Internal Political Security Department of Can Tho City Police coordinated with units to organize medical examinations, health consultations, free medicine distribution, and visit and give gifts to people in Thanh An commune, Can Tho City.

Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hoang Phuc - Deputy Head of the Internal Political Security Department of Can Tho City Police emphasized that in all stages, the force always determines that national security protection must be associated with caring for people's lives; building a people's security posture starts from closeness, sharing and practical and specific actions serving the people.



Medical examination, health consultation, free medicine distribution and visits and gifts are not only social security programs, but also express the feelings, responsibility and gratitude of officers and soldiers of the Internal Political Security Force towards the people of Thanh An commune - those who always accompany, trust and support the Police force in ensuring security and order, building the movement of all people protecting national security.
We hope that through this activity, we will contribute to sharing some of the difficulties in people's lives; and at the same time spread the beautiful image of the People's Police soldier "for the country, forgetting himself, serving the people", Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hoang Phuc stated clearly.


Ms. Le Thi Phen (77 years old, Thanh An commune) expressed her joy and emotion when she received medical examinations, health advice, free medicine distribution and practical gifts. According to Ms. Phen, the activity not only helps people take care of their health in a timely manner, reduce difficulties in life, but also shows the concern and closeness of all levels and sectors.
Ms. Doan Thi Kim Lien (Thanh An commune) said that her family only has two elderly grandparents, who do small business every day to cover living expenses. When she was examined, given medicine and gifts, she was very touched and grateful. The gifts, although not large, are extremely meaningful, helping her family alleviate difficulties, especially in their old age and weak health.
Ms. Trieu Thi Ngoc Diem - Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Can Tho City informed that medical examination, free medicine distribution, and voluntary blood donation activities, each activity carries a message of compassion, community responsibility and the spirit of living for everyone.
The program organized medical examinations and free medicine distribution for 300 people in difficult circumstances, lonely elderly people; presented 300 gifts (necessary items such as instant noodles, rice, soy sauce, milk, sugar...). At the program, from the launch of the Organizing Committee, a large number of people, officials, civil servants, grassroots police, and forces participating in protecting social order and safety responded and participated in voluntary blood donation.
