Receiving a free meal, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa - (56 years old, in An Hoi Bac village, Nghia Giang commune) who works as a scrap collector - said: "I am very touched to receive the sharing from the program. In the hot sun, receiving very delicious cooked rice and free water, I feel very happy and warm-hearted.

Bui Sy Thinh (16 years old, in group 4, Cam Thanh ward) shared: "During the summer, I work part-time to help my parents. When passing by, I saw the free rice distribution program, so I stopped by to receive it. I felt very happy and saved a part of the living expenses when it was difficult.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Phuong - Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Cam Thanh ward - said that the "Charity Kitchen" model was established in 2023 and maintained in many different forms. At times, the program organized rice distribution at hospitals or direct support for people in difficult circumstances in the area.

According to Ms. Phuong, the activity is maintained thanks to the companionship of philanthropists, with the desire to spread the spirit of mutual affection in the community. Each meal is not only material support but also sends feelings and sharing to those who are still in difficulty in life.

Not only supporting free meals, the program also contributes to spreading the spirit of compassion, connecting the community to join hands in caring for difficult circumstances. In the midst of everyday life, meaningful meals have brought joy, warmth and added motivation for many poor workers to rise up in life.
