Ho Chi Minh City - For more than 8 years, Ms. Do Thi Tuong's small kitchen has been regularly lit, preparing nearly 1,000 meals per day for people in difficult circumstances.
Inside the roughly built house, which has not been granted a food safety certificate, an office kitchen is still busy preparing hundreds of meals to deliver to customers.
