On July 17, Dien Chau Commune Police, Nghe An Province, said they were looking for the owner who dropped the property that was picked up by the people and handed over.
Earlier, on the same morning, Mr. Chu Van Thong - residing in Hai Dong hamlet, Dien Chau commune - went to the Dien Chau commune police headquarters to hand over a plastic bag containing money.
According to Mr. Thong, while traveling on route 538, through My Ly village, Dien Ky commune (old), he discovered a nylon wrap lying on the side of the road. After checking and seeing the money inside, Mr. Thong reported it and handed it over to the commune police.
Dien Chau Commune Police have drawn up a record of receiving the property and widely notified it to find the owner. Whoever dropped the above property is requested to contact Dien Chau Commune Police directly to complete the procedures to receive it.

The police also hope that people will share information to soon find the person who dropped it.
