Hai Phong - Picking up a phone and personal papers, Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong handed them over to the police to return them to the person who lost them.

On April 1, according to Truong Tan Commune Police, Hai Phong City, at about 6:30 pm on March 31, 2026, on the way home from work at the foot of Trang Thua bridge (Truong Tan commune, Hai Phong City), Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong (born in 1986, residing in Vinh Due village, Truong Tan commune) picked up a black phone dropped by someone else.

Inside the phone case was a citizen identification card and a driver's license in the name of Pham Van Quang (born in 1986, residing in Hong Chau commune, Hai Phong city).

Realizing that this was valuable property, Mr. Cuong proactively brought it to the police agency to report and return it to the person who lost it. Immediately after receiving the information, Truong Tan Commune Police quickly deployed verification measures. In a short time, the police force identified the owner of the property as Mr. Pham Van Quang and contacted and invited him to the headquarters to carry out procedures to receive it back according to regulations.

On the same day, at the handover ceremony, there was the witness of representatives of the Commune Police, Mr. Cuong and Mr. Quang. The property including personal papers and the phone were checked and handed over fully. Receiving the property back, Mr. Quang expressed his emotion and sent sincere thanks to the Truong Tan Commune Police force and Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong.

The quick verification, support and return of property to the people clearly demonstrated the spirit of responsibility, serving the People of officers and soldiers of Truong Tan Commune Police.
