On February 1st, a street vendor in Quang Tri picked up a gold bracelet worth more than 200 million VND at Ho Xa market and quickly found a way to return it to the person who dropped it.
Accordingly, at about 4:30 am on the same day, Ms. Phan Thi Chien (44 years old, residing in Phan Hien village, Vinh Thuy commune, Quang Tri province) while going to get vegetables, tubers, and fruits at Ho Xa market (Vinh Linh commune) discovered a gold bracelet falling on the ground. The bracelet is large in size, almost as long as a hand span.
After picking up the property, Ms. Chien proactively tried to contact to verify the person who dropped it. About an hour later, through the phone, she identified the owner as Mr. Vu Hong Viet (55 years old), a small trader with a booth trading at Ho Xa market.

Mr. Viet said that the gold bracelet weighs 1.3 taels, was bought many years ago and fell while loading goods onto a small truck to deliver to Ms. Chien. It is estimated that the current value of this gold bracelet is more than 200 million VND.
Immediately after that, Mr. Viet went to Phan Hien village to meet Ms. Chien to get back the property. Receiving the gold bracelet back, Mr. Viet expressed his joy and thanked the honest and kind action of the female small trader.
Ms. Chien's beautiful action has received respect from local people, especially in the days leading up to Tet, contributing to spreading good values in social life.
