    Quang Tri - Picking up a bag with cash and papers, a scrap collector finds the person who dropped it to return it.

    At noon on January 19, Vinh Linh Commune Police (Quang Tri province) informed that after receiving the property handed over by Ms. Tran Thi Hoa Ly (born in 1977, residing in hamlet 9, Vinh Linh commune), this unit had verified and returned it to the person who dropped it.

    Previously, at about 10:20 am on the same day, while collecting scrap, Ms. Tran Thi Hoa Ly picked up a black handbag by the roadside.

    Opening the bag, inside there were many papers, a gold metal bracelet and more than 8 million VND.

    Ms. Tran Thi Hoa Ly brought the above assets to Vinh Linh Commune Police to report.

    Upon receiving the information, Vinh Linh Commune Police proceeded to verify and return the handbag to the person who dropped it, Ms. Hoang Thi Linh.

    Receiving the bag and the lost property, Ms. Linh was happy and sent words of thanks to Ms. Tran Thi Hoa Ly and Vinh Linh Commune Police.
