On January 19, Mr. Nguyen Duy Khanh - Head of the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of B'Lao Ward (Lam Dong) said that after Lao Dong Newspaper reflected the waste situation, the locality quickly surveyed the entire Bao Loc bypass through the ward.

After surveying, the People's Committee of B'Lao ward coordinated with the garbage collection unit, Bao Loc Urban Works Joint Stock Company, to collect all waste residue on the route.
The locality also stretched ropes and attached signs prohibiting littering at spontaneous gathering points to warn and raise people's awareness, maintain environmental hygiene," Mr. Khanh said.

The People's Committee of B'Lao ward and Bao Loc Urban Works Joint Stock Company have also selected temporary garbage collection points; and at the same time agreed on a collection plan to avoid waste accumulation, affecting the environment and urban aesthetics.

Representatives of Bao Loc Urban Works Joint Stock Company said that in order for the collection and transportation of waste on the Bao Loc bypass to be convenient and ensure environmental sanitation, the People's Committees of B'Lao ward and Bao Loc ward 3 need to continue to promote propaganda and mobilization of people.
Thereby, raising awareness of complying with dumping garbage on time and in the right places as prescribed; cases of intentional violations need to have strict sanctions according to regulations to deter.
Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reflected the situation of the Nam Bao Loc bypass road being degraded, seriously damaged and becoming a garbage collection point after more than 5 years of temporary suspension of construction due to lack of capital.

The South Bao Loc bypass has a total investment of more than 800 billion VND, running parallel to National Highway 20, 15.6km long; starting point in Ward 3 Bao Loc and ending point in Ward B'Lao.
After construction until 2019, the project had to be temporarily suspended due to lack of capital. To date, the road is still messy, causing waste of resources and many consequences. Among them, there is environmental pollution and urban unsightliness.
