On August 4, the Youth Union - Students Association of the University of Science, Hue University coordinated with the Live volunteer Club to find Each Other (HCMC) and the Youth Union of Long Quang Commune (Hue City) to organize the program "Support to School" in 2025, giving books, bicycles and necessities to students in difficult circumstances.
The program has presented 547 new sets of textbooks, 15 bicycles, candy, milk and essential necessities to students in Long Quang commune, with a total value of more than 140 million VND.
This is an annual activity organized by the Union - Association of the University of Science, to spread the spirit of sharing and mutual love among union members and students, contributing to supporting students in remote areas to overcome difficulties and strive to study.
Secretary of the School Youth Union - Comrade Tran Thi Ha Trang said: "We hope to bring practical support to students before the new school year, so that they have more motivation to study and develop comprehensively".
Mr. Ho Duc Manh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Quang commune, Secretary of the Commune Youth Union - on behalf of the locality sent his deep gratitude to the organizing units: "The program shows meaningful concern and encouragement for students in disadvantaged areas, adding motivation for them to continue going to school."
The program is not only a material gift, but also a valuable source of spiritual encouragement, contributing to nurturing dreams and arousing community responsibility in future generations.
