On November 30, Ky Hoa Commune Police said that the unit had just verified and organized Ms. Nguyen Dieu Huong (born in 1996, residing in Hoa Trung village, Ky Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province) to transfer 500 million VND back to Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc (born in 1969, residing in Song Tri ward, Ha Tinh province).

Previously, on November 26, Ms. Huong's account suddenly received 500 million VND from a stranger, so she reported it to the Ky Hoa Commune Police.

Through verification, Ky Hoa Commune Police identified the person who transferred the goods by mistake as Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuc.

After that, Ky Hoa Commune Police conducted related procedures to organize Ms. Huong to transfer the money back to Mr. Phuc.
