On November 23, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard said that during his rescue mission in Tay Nha Trang ward, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huy Le - Information Assistant, Staff Department - had a beautiful action, spreading the spirit of "serving the people" of Uncle Ho's soldiers.

On November 20, while on duty at the Ngoc Hoi overpass area, Lieutenant Colonel Le discovered a wallet floating with floodwaters. Inside were iPhone 11 phones, cash and many important personal documents.

He immediately reported to the commander and posted information about finding the person who dropped it on social media to verify and contact the owner soon.

On the morning of November 22, Mr. Nguyen Tran Minh Truong (born in 1994, residing in Tay Nha Trang ward) went to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command to receive his property. Mr. Truong was moved to thank Lieutenant Colonel Le and the border guards for both supporting people during the flood and preserving and returning assets in a public and thoughtful manner.
