Passenger bus caught fire at night on National Highway 1

According to the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police, at 3:45 a.m. on November 30, the unit received a report of a fire in a passenger car with license plate 29E - 289.xx on National Highway 1, Hong Linh town bypass (old).

Immediately afterwards, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Hong Linh area under the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police dispatched 2 fire trucks and 15 officers and soldiers to the scene to put out the fire, so the fire was completely controlled.

Thanks to timely firefighting, the passenger bus only suffered partial burns to the body and cargo compartment.

At the time of the fire, there were 17 people on the passenger bus. Fortunately, everyone was able to leave the car in time so there were no casualties.

Currently, the authorities are investigating and clarifying the cause and damage of the fire.
